Amy joined the Beiersdorf Leadership team in 2008, where she currently leads the Human Resources, Corporate PR and CSR functions and is responsible for developing the strategic direction for all Human Resources and administrative operations for Beiersdorf in North America.
Amy has extensive experience as a senior HR Executive at major Consumer Products and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining BDF Inc, Amy was Chief People Officer at Heineken USA. In addition, Amy acts as an executive coach and leadership consultant to Senior Executives and Company CEO's.

Amy's priorities in her current role will be to build a culture for Beiersdorf where they will be known as the "preferred employer" in a vibrant and exciting industry.

Paul E. Hertz was born and raised in New York City. He received a BS in Biology from Stanford University in 1972, an AM in Biology from Harvard University in 1973, and a PhD in Biology from Harvard University in 1977.
While completing field research for the doctorate, he served on the Biology faculty of the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras. After spending two years as an Isaac Walton Killam Postdoctoral Fellow at Dalhousie University, Paul accepted a teaching position at Barnard College, where he has taught since 1979. He was named Ann Whitney Olin Professor of Biology in 2000, and he received The Barnard Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2007. In addition to serving on numerous college committees, Paul chaired Barnard's Biology Department for eight years.

He is also the Program Director of the Hughes Science Pipeline Project at Barnard, an undergraduate curriculum and research program that has been funded continuously by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute since 1992. The Pipeline Project includes the Intercollegiate Partnership, a program for local community college students that facilitates their transfer to four-year colleges and universities.

Paul is an animal physiological ecologist with a specific research interest in the thermal biology of lizards. He has conducted fieldwork in the West Indies since the mid-1970s, most recently focusing on the lizards of Cuba. His work has been funded by the NSF, and he has published his research in such prestigious journals as The American Naturalist, Ecology, Nature, Oecologia, and Proceedings of the Royal Society.

With more than twenty-five year of television and cable industry experience, Gary Nenner's career has impacted a wide range of what audiences have seen in network, cable, public television, as well as digital media.
As President of Associated Broadcast Consultants. Inc. since 1992, Gary has been instrumental in creating award winning business platforms and media for an impressive array of top media organizations and businesses.

Specifically, Gary worked directly with Michael Bloomberg to bring the Bloomberg Business Television Network to the public and the business professional. He assisted Aetna Insurance Company in creating award winning videos on disparities in healthcare and most recently was the creator of a new business venture for the Recorded Books Company, called MY Library DV. This service is a downloadable digital video library available free to patrons of public libraries all across the country.

Gary also owns and serves as President of Best Alternatives, Inc., a 501c3 corporation. Gary produces and distributes content that is at the forefront of business and consumer programming. He introduced a unique new series to public television, HEALTH CHOICES, which examines the traditional and non-traditional approaches to medicine and healing. Prominent healthcare professionals, including Drs. Andrew Weil and Deepak Chopra appear in the series. The introduction one-hour program Sickle Cell Anemia-Battling Pain was viewed on the floor of the US Senate and helped to pass a $50 million dollar bill for focus on this debilitating disease. Gary also produces the series INSIDE THE LAW , hosted by Jack Ford.

Gary served as Vice President of Programming for the Financial New Network where he was responsible for development, production, funding, and scheduling of all non-news programming. Gary's impact at FNN changed the standards of the cable network and raised the quality of non-news programming to a new level which generated broad viewer appeal, recognition and revenue for the network.

Gary's background in Public Television includes his position as Director, National Program Development at KERA in Dallas, Texas, Director of Programming at New Jersey Network and as a programming consultant for WLIW and WNEW-TV.

In his ten-year career at network television ABC News and ABC Sport, he was involved in the production an personally produced some of our most famous and memorable sporting events, i.e., Olympics, Mohammed Ali/Boxing, World Series, US Open and PGA Golf and WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS. Gary introduced the concept of alternative sports programming to HBO, which is now the standard of all sports programming.

Artist and Film Producer/Director James Rauchman, has an MFA in Painting from Columbia University and an extensive resume of painting exhibitions starting in 1979.
His work is in numerous private collections, and is owned by institutions including The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Barnard College and The University of Delaware. He exhibited in the 9th Havana Biennia in 2006 and currently has a research license from the US Treasury Department to travel legally to Cuba to make a documentary there about Cuban artists. The Tomatoes of Discord (2008) and Flowers for San Lazaro (2009) are his two previous short documentaries which focus on Cuban society. Both films had world premieres at The Woodstock Film Festival. Flowers for San Lazaro won the Best Short Documentary prize at the Tallahassee Film Festival in April 2009.

His strengths include working in IT (specifically in vertical markets such as Financial, Telecom, Manufacturing, and Education).
As Executive Director of Career School Association, Marc has taken his not for profit Association to new heights, offering post secondary schools assistance. His goal is to give all Career schools an online tool to manage all their documents, contacts, and in the process provide the best possible education to public. The CSA represents career schools licensed by the State Education Department. These schools provide a quality education that can lead to employment in over 30 career paths.

Marc believed in the capabilities of AMC from the beginning. He saw a window of a golden opportunity and seized the moment. He brings an innovative perspective that will add a well blended ideology to AMC.
